College Town Restaurant Renovation

The owners of this 30-year-old, family-run eatery wanted to better attract more groups of diners in this small college town, including college students and families, while retaining important patronage of loyal customers. To meet a tight construction timeline and budget, SIA maximized the potential of the existing metal-stamped ceiling and beadboard wainscoting to realize a new modern palette, balancing warmth and cool to express the owners’ desire to re-envision their space as “urban-chic.” Foot traffic and sales have significantly increased at the reopened restaurant.
