New kitchen was created in previously unconditioned greenhouse, with new dramatic views overlooking Crum Creek. Living, bedroom and bathroom were fully renovated . Rebuilt stair for ease of use and code compliance. New landscape plan integrated into a steep hillside, with a new site drainage system.
